Dark chocolate is also known as Bittersweet chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, sweet dark chocolate. It is dark because no milk solid substitute added in. The basic ingredients of dark chocolate are cocoa beans, sugar, and vanilla for flavor. Dark chocolate is distinguished by the percentage of cocoa solids.  A simple commercial dark chocolate contain 30% to 70-75% cocoa contents. More than 80% cocoa contents are used in very dark. Cocoa amount divides in this chocolate to Bittersweet chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, sweet dark chocolate category.  People eat this lot of because it has many healthy facts like, it contain more antioxidants, which protect our body from aging by free radicals and heart disease. Dark Chocolate helps to control high blood pressure and cholesterol, it contain serotonin, which work as an antidepressant. It manages balance of hormones in body.  It contain more antioxidants than white and milk chocolate, now take a bar of dark chocolate help to keep doctor away.
