Great History of Chocolate

Chocolate the name of life’s pleasure no one cannot avoid . Today, it  used in mostly celebrations like birth day, anniversary, wedding and many heart touching moments of life. But mostly people do not know exactly about it, now I telling you where it came from. Chocolate history is filled with lot of rumors and tales. Initially source of this………….Chocolate literally grows on tree called Theobroma cacao that means “food of the god”. Origin of Theobroma cacao tree is Mexico, so Mexico is considered its origin.Word Chocolate Coming from Spain. Cacao seed have very bitter taste but after fermenting its taste is developed. After fermenting beans are roasted and it change in liquid form then convert in to two forms first is cocoa solids and another cocoa butter.

Before 1600 chocolate known as the symbol of high society and idea of drink chocolate kept secret. Wealthy people were only enjoying its taste, after starting of 1600 it reached to common people through an Italian traveler who carried the beans of chocolate to the Europe for the first time.  In 17th first public Chocolate Houses was opened in England. Till now no one did not knew about mixing chocolate with milk, in 18th century Sir Hans Sloane who invented this secret recipe, sold and revealed his recipe to Cadbury brothers. Now you know our chocolate come to very far after facing many journeys.
